Stage: Active Aging activities in place

The Friedberg JCC in Oceanside New York provides a full range of classes for active agers. From lectures to discussion groups, to professor led classes to book groups, from theater group to trips, from card playing to current events, from fitness classes to pickleball we appeal to all those who want to remain vital and engaged. We also provide a full array of social services including counseling and support groups to cope with aging and all that accompanies it.
